The new MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) GEN 2 set is a low-cost, color injection molded, folding back-up sight set.

Front Sight:

The MBUS Front Sight is adjustable for elevation and fits most 1913 Picatinny-rails. Made in U.S.A. Front sight should NOT be mounted on a gas block.

Features:

Impact resistant polymer construction is light weight and resists abuse
Spring-loaded flip up sight easily activated from either side or by pressing the top
Detent and spring pressure keeps sight erect but allows for unobstructed folding under impact, etc.
Reduced size for greater compatibility
Spring-locking front sight post holds consistent elevation

Protective wings shield the dual flip apertures

Reduced size for greater compatibility (folds to a profile of only approximately a half-inch)
Both small and large apertures are on the same plane
